Bloated piranha help!

i have a juvenile red belly piranha, and he is bloated and can’t stay down. He tries to, and he just can’t. He’s given up now. It’s always after feeding. How can I help it? Is it from feeding? I’ve had this with my betta once, but this little RBP is worse how can I help it?

I’d add some Epsom salt 1 tbsp per 5g. Only after eating? What are u feeding? Water parameters?

i am feeding earthworm, dried shrimp, flakes, and a piece of cucumber

It sounds like swim bladder disorder, has he stopped eating? if so i'd do a water change and try some "Clear" has he lost any coloring?

well he is juvenile and so he hasnt got any red yet. he eats whenever i put food in, but then he floats lol

Ok, i'd check your parameters and do a 75% water change
