bloated?

You sure are worried about that little catshark. Is he possibly bloated?

i am worried, who wouldn't be , hes tummy looks like hes been eating for a week , but he has touched anything i gave him . and theres nothing else in the tank that he could be eating .. is it possible he has sand in his tummy , but he keeps doing these burping things that looks like hes pushing out air ?

maybe a buildup of gas in the alimentary tract, happens to my wobbegong, he swells up like a balloon
