hi, i want to try breeding blood parrot cichlids.

but i want to make them better in color, i know i can breed blood parrot an flowerhorn, female blood parrot and male flowerhorn.

but is there more types i can breed in too the blood parrot cichlid?

if u know types i would love to se pictures to :D

You should ask chrisplosion he is a expert on blood parrots. He pretty good guy I am sure any advice I give to you will be ridiculed by him...
The males are almost always infertile in parrot cichlids ANyways I would find nice looking female parrot and nice looking male red devil midas or maybe rose queen. Midas cichlids are a good choice because they have good breeding characteristics. Then you have to inbreed them until you find what you want color shape etc. Basically any flowerhorn is a glorifed hillbilly because they have been inbred so much.

Any male Central American Cichlid is capable of breeding with a female Blood Parrot. All male Blood Parrots are sterile. Theres many different routes you could go with this so you need to be a little more specific in what you are looking for.

hi thank you for answers :D

I was thinking about the flowerhorn x blood parrot mix, they are so pretty and cute.
and where altså thinking about using a electric blue male flowerhorn x blood parrot :)

salvini are prolific and almost always will pair with another fish. tho i have had my female compleetly ignor my male, i think if sum lady would give him the time of tank, he would jump on dat.
