Blood parrot coloration question

Hello I have a pair of blood parrots.when I got them they had colors reminiscent of a young flowerhorn. They now look like the pics. Is that normal? Sorry about pic quality

Another question I know most midevils and the like go through color changes as they grow to adulthood do blood parrots do the same? I've had midevils and Red Devils go through multiple color changes through their life
