My blood parrot is not eatting and sulks in the corner. I notice it has some scratches on its nose probably from lip locking with the green terror in the tank. I also have an Oscar which does chase the blood and the GT once in a while. I tested the water last night and the permaters were perfect. I have notice that it swims sideways and sulks with its head down.

What should I do? I did put it in a 20gallon quarantine tank this morning.

If you have the room, buy another 1 or 2 parrots. I've got 3 in a similar situation without the GT and they like hanging out together and feel safer against the larger fish in the tank. Make sure there are plenty of hiding spots, too.

X2.. there is strength in numbers.. just look at silver dollars for example, with only one they become skittish and flighty but with a small group even with larger more aggressive fish they tend to seem unbothered and just go abouth there business..
