Blood parrot info needed

I got a pair of blood parrots from pet smart and would like to know a little more about them. Growth rate, do blood parrots change colors as they age? And are they shy normally because all the ones I've seen are very shy. Thanks in advance

Thanks forgot about the sticky. What would you suggest as dithers. Other residents in the tank are a juvi black belt about 2.5 inches, kamfa flower horn about 4 ish inches and 4 cories

I wouldn't bother with dithers, they'll come out on their own eventually.

They are slow growers, They will eventualy fade,They should eventualy be active and not shy...
