Thats definitely a female:thumbup:
are you going to breed her?
Don't breed her with other parrot (had 2 pairs of parrots which breeds numerous time, but never had a luck) instead go for cross breeding

Yea iam she came with her "brother" but I need to rehome him since they were given to me together feel bad on seperating them but I'm sure I can find him a good home. And I wanna cross breed her with my kml I just gotta wait about 4months? Since she's 5inches and he's at 3 now there both digging like crazy and fight each other threw the divider!

Great......
I too want to bred my female parrot with male texas/carpintis
But they are in a community tank. and the problem is whenever I move any of my fish into another tank... They get quite scared and give up eating.... But as soon as they are back in their community tank, they are back to normal....
Just tried to breed one of the parrot with my friends flowerhorn... But it was a total fail..... my parrot just don't shown any interest in fh... And yesterday I moved her in main tank and, surprise surprise, she had dropped her tube just after 2 hrs..... Hope carpintis gets her attracted
