Blood Parrot missing an eye, Need ideas.

I've been out of keeping fish for a long time, but my local fish guy accepted a beat up heart parrot cichlid and I decided to take him home.

With out a tail, he's not the most agile, but his missing right eye makes it hard for him to track and eat food in the tank.

Until he gets comfortable enough to take food from me, what are some tricks for feeding him?

Just move the water before you dropping the pellets or sticks. Also always feed him at the same spot so he knows when its feeding time. After a while he will get used to that spot and feeding routines. Goodluck with him
