Blood parrot oddity. Ever seen this?

I got an ugly notched blood parrot a month or so ago. It's getting a bump on its head. It's transparent you can see light through it. Does not appear to be a skeletal deformity. Could this be some type of messed up nuchal hump? Not good pics but here you go.

He's actually very food competitive and aggressive. In with a larger way nicer male bp and a couple female cons.

It looks like a blister. The little freak has become extremely territorial lately (female cons ready to spawn) could this have something to do with this head thing? Could it have come from an injury or infection?

It's probably Blood Parrot x Bubble-eyed Goldfish hybrid......just kidding but I won't be worried too much about the bump.
