i bought this parrot fish or kkp,its mouth is like a regular fish mouth does that mean any thing.

if his mouth shuts like a normal fish, its a KKP, if its like a heart shape, its a blood parrot........
Thats rarely true Doug, there are plenty of normal mouth BP and plenty of deformed mouth KKP.
ok thanks guys. his mouth is straight and shuts like a regular fish and he was different than the other blood parrot in the tank with him. their mouths and head shape were totally different. the other one had a dip on his forehead and this one was more straight.
KKP typically have deeper colors and don't have the notched heads. You typically have to buy from trusted sources to get try KKP.

Looks bp, usually KK are a bit harder to get. I did have a bp that's body was exactly a severums body, mean as hell, I finally had to take it back and lfs said he put in a tank with a gt and it ruled him. Sorry to go OT
