I actually wondered about that too!

Hes about 6.5", got him when he was barely an inch on March 3rd. He was all black with not hormone coloring.

Gnarly tank, ive never seen a BP with black thru it, and yeah your O is still a nice solid black.

Yeah. I got a totally black one, too. Stayed black until about 5", then slowly turned into this.

I've always wanted a black Oscar. I don't think it's been done, though, except for extremely stressed out individuals that stay black in fear.

Thats an awesome oscar. Thats what mine is starting to do, I like that coloring over a red oscar's.
