Would a blood parrot with a closing/normal mouth be considered a KKP? Does anyone have any pics of an adult BP with this type of normal mouth?

Your question answers itself. A blood parrot is a blood parrot. A kkp is a kkp.
A blood parrot is always considered a blood parrot.
I've seen the Blood Parrots with the normal mouths, they were aggressive as hell in a tank with Malawi's when I seen them; would be better just getting a Red Devil for the hassle of it.
KKP's are the massive Blood Parrots, I get where you're coming from with the mouth angle though; some have pretty normal mouths, luck of the draw with parrots in most cases
