IN A PLACE
Hi,
I am going to switch my 175g from discus to blood parrots. The tank inhabitants that will still reside in there are: 30-40 exotic plecos, large to medium size, 6 Black ghost knife, 15 cory cats, and a 2ft long fire eel. I was keeping 8 adult size discus but am getting bored with them. Water is 83 degrees, 6.8ph, 0 nitrates/nitrites. Filtration is a large wet/dry, tidepool bio wheel, 15watt uv, and 2 chemical reactors with matrix carbon.

Questions:

will they be compatable with my remaining fish? (my guess is yes)

how many blood parrots can I keep in that size tank? i was hoping 10-15 at full grown size

I prefer the deep red color to the orange color. who breeds the reddest fish and where can i get them in southern california (im near LAX so airport shipping is always and option)

thanks!

Maybe you should get the Red mamon kkp but don't be surprise how much it cost some even come with certificates.
