Blood Parrot white blotches?

One of my four blood parrots is getting white blotches on his skin. Other than the appearance he's acting totally normal. It's definitely not ich, it sort of looks like he's losing scales... Anybody know what's wrong with it?
I can provide pictures if needed.

This is the best picture I could get of the little bugger. The blotches are starting to go away but some of them are still there.

It looks still young/baby. I have two that I've had since that size and the go through varying color depth. Some black spots, some white spots now and then, but eventually go away. Both behave "normally" so I kept an eye on it but didn't worry too much about it.

Ok, thanks for the help. A while ago more than one of them got black spots, which are gone now so you're probably right.
