I have a 125 gallon 6ft with 6 parrot 4-6 inches.
I added a 7th and he is fighting non stop for an hour with the biggest parrot. did I overstock the tank ?

I can move the parrot to another tank

Wait it out a day or two and see if it settles down. You've upset the hierarchy with the new addition. If they keep fighting, separate. Depending on the size of your second tank I would split 3/3 each. Dynamic will change again as they settle the pecking order.

Or you could try removing one of the original parrots along with the newcomer in a separate tank. Wait about a week and reintroduce both to the old tank. BTW you're tight with 7 parrots in a 125...they have pretty hefty bioload when they get big and get territorial. Here's one of my parrots, Tango. Around 8 inches and change. Your parrots (at least some of them) can likely grow more.

Beautiful parrot !
Thank you I was just scared overnight I would loose one lol, they are still fighting.
All the other parrots are just chilling watching them.

I was thinking just adding one to my 360 gallon community and call it a day.

Thanks. Tango is 3. If you add to the 360,, add two parrots. One new fish will be always be picked on.

The parrot in my avatar is Boss, who is equally big and is tank enforcer in my 225 along with his buddy the oscar. Parrots get VERY territorial as they mature. The minute you see any injury separate. Watch for 'ramming' which can damage a swim bladder.

They fought hard for 24 hours, idk who won but they all seem stop fighting for now and causally swimming around especially after I fed them. Hopefully they continue
