is there any hard and fast rule,,,,, that the Blood Parrots with round fins are FEMALES and the ones with sharpy fins are MALES .......

lOOK at the ones in the pic below..... can u say that this is a female ?????

if so ,,,,, will this sized one breed with a 6inch FLOWERHORN............
or shud i go for a smaller sized one ?????
