with blood parrots is the males tube longer than the females?

I don't think so, when my female King Kong parrot laid eggs her tube was very long.

PS: I know king kongs aren't blood parrot but their close enough

Color tip has no bearing on gender. I will post some proper vent shots of my male and female Parrot when I get a chance.
