blood red parrot cichlid sick?

hey guys so my blood red parrotcichlids colors strtd fading out and hes not lookin too good...
any ideas whats wrong and how tomake him better?
parasite? stress?
in the pic u can clearly see hes not well as compared to the other one
ne input wud be greatlly appreciated

i gotta go check the parameters but tank size 75 gallon
filtration is a hob emperor suited for a 100 gallon tank with bio wheels
temp: 85
foods: feed variety of flakes cichlid pellets krill and blood worms
10 gallon water changes once every week
have had these two guys for about a year and a half or two years

i also noticed this guy dosnt eat with the same ambition he used too
he eats one or two pellets then hes done and goes on to hide below the filter discharge

hes one of my favorites in the tank and i hope theirs st i cud do to save him if he is indeed sick

not sure, i have since seperated him from the rest of the tank in my quarentine tank, ill try to watch over him and see if he'll brighten up a bit...
i really have no clue whats wrong with him i havnt seen him eat at all today
