blood worm question

i got some blood worms to feed my tiger shovel nose cat today and they all went and hit under the substrate. will he still find them?>
 
well how am i supposed to get him to eat them if as soon as they hit the bottom they hide in the substrate

I don't know.. construct a little plate, then tape them with scotch tape to it and throw it in. A. He'll know he's supposed to eat them B. They won't hide under the substrate.
 
try to get ur fish.., hold him.., and then., put it on his mouth.., hehe., i do that in my rtc.., he cnt catch feeders.., sow i am the one u gave his fud..,
 
You might try frozen blood worms. put in half a cube of them, they float at first but after a couple min they sink to the bottom. or you can defrost them in a small cup of tank water and then dump them in.
 
What I do is buy a SMALL fish bowl, and put the worms inside of that, then inside of the tank. The bowl obviously has to be big enough for him to get into, but you don't want it that big. And by the way, you DONT want those things in your gravel. Get them out.
