Are blood worms bad for my Frontosa? I feed them 1-2 times per week and the other fish get the majority of them but the Front gets some as well (maybe 3-4 worms each time). A guy at my LFS said they are bad for him. Is this true and if so what should I do?

I've heard this too but was unable to find any info on the subject when searching online. I hope someone here has an answer for you. I'd really like to know myself.
