Iwas trying to feed my my beautiful baby silved Aro (Silver Terror) live blood worms but he doesnt look at it in fact it just goes and lies at the bottom of the tank i had tried feeding him day before yesterday but he didnt eat so after 1 hour i removed the remaining blood worms from the tank bottom and feed him sticks which he ate readily im just confused do aros never eat from the bottom and do some aro dislike blood worms also cajn i feed the blood worms through a feeding cup ? as was scared the aro would injured if the cup falls in the tankscaring the aro so guys i just need advise pls help me out

You shouldn't be complaining haha if your aro already eats pellets thats fantastic and all it really needs, if you wanna add some variety just change the pellets up

Hi Deep Blue Sea Yes my aro eats pellets:) but wat other pellets do i feed him i am currently feeding him hikari sticks any suggestions?

Bro. Appreciate your aro being able to eat pellets & not live bloodworms. People have a very difficulty time getting their aro to eat pellets and hate having to feed the live stuff constantly.

In your situation, i think live ones are very tiny and they separate. Try frozen bloodworms in cubes sizes.

Be careful feeding too much live. I did that once and it didnt wanna eat bloodworms anymore

Try Market Shrimps and krills (Dried Shrimps) as well. Keep the food varied. You will see nice coloration on them ;)

Stay away from ALL live food to avoid the risk of getting nasty things that may make your fish sick and/or even worse ...
