BLOOD WORMS FRESH OR ???

HEY THERE FOLKS. IS THERE ANY REASON TO FEED MY FISH FRESH BWORMS OR WILL FREEZE DRIED DO THE TRICK? THANKS FOR YOUR TIME, R

i use frozen. easier to store and they last longer. freeze dried are good though but the dust from them does get annoying as it clouds the water.
i tried fresh a couple of times for my saum and clown loaches as i was told they would go nuts but to be honest they were no more frenzied than with the frozen stuff.
