Let's say your blood parrot is indeed a female and is fertile- in this case she may accept the texas and they could breed. Whether the spawn will be viable is hard to say, they could either create some funny looking hybrids (which I would advise not to spread around), or they could go through all the motions and have nothing hatch.
Perhaps the the blood parrot is a male, and the Carpintis doesn't realize this. In this case the Carpintis may eventually get tired of being refused and turn on the parrot. Or he may just keep on dancing to no avail.
The thing to be careful for, if they do end up breeding, is that an adult male carpintis with fry will be much more aggressive than he normally is, and in a 120 gallon there may be nowhere for the other fish to run. Sounds like a full tank, the carpintis may decide he doesn't like the other fish so close to his spawn.
I would keep an eye on it, but you are probably better off if they don't raise fry to be honest, as this will throw a wrench in the balance of your stock, and may require you to remove some fish.
