bloodworms for red tail

i just fed my little red tail cat blood worms for the first time and he went flipping nuts and his little stomach looks like a little golf ball. but anyways are bloodworms good to feed them?

no problem with blood worms. But it is kind of a waste of money, seeing as how rtc eat just about anything. What i used to do was feed my rtc raw shrimp that you buy from the grocery store. if it seems like he goes crazy for the blood worms, try the cocktail shrimp from grocery store. his belly should bulge nicely.

ya i agree blood worms are expensive to feed everyday but it does make a nice snack
