BloodWorms look alike everywhere

Not sure if i post this here is correct, will changing some bacteria house for my tank n i found wriggling bloodworm look alike in my tank. Wats the cause of it n will it cause any harm to my pig nose turtle?

Are they white small worms? Need not worry. These live in your gravel and eat all the foods and debri you failed to pick up. These are your friends. Feed a little less and syphon your gravel heavily and these may go away.
