BLOODWORMS

hi guys,new to feeding my fish bloodworms,should i be cleaning them and washing them before i feed them to my fish?

Are they live?
Collected?
Raised?
From lfs?
Frozen?

i usually thaw and rinse mine before i feed them.

oh sorry,these r live blood worms from the lfs.after like a day,the water seems so nasty and has a bad smell,was jsut wondering if i hould wash it out thanx guys

Put them on net and then wash them down with tank water or dechlorinated tap water.
