bloody asternia stars

hi does anyone know how to get rid of these i cant get a harlequin shrimp as got a linckia star that i dont want lose, but i am getting fed up of picking them of the glass everyday theres hundreds of them i dont overfeed the tank so dont know why they are multiplying so much as a last resort i suppose i could move the linckia to my other tank and get a harlequin but what do i do with it after it has eaten the asternia although it would probably die of old age before that happened

got a fuge?
put ur linckia in there and the harlequin in the reef and then once there goedo a switch

dont have a fuge or sump but do have a smaller marine tank as well i could put it in which is looking likely as ive just picked another 64 of them of the glass

if he has a sump or fuge they'd multiply there as well
it'd fee the harli but wouldn't solve th problem

Sell them or give them away. People are always looking for them as they are great additions to help keep the system clean.
