Bloody Sores

Have a 4' tank with a marbled achara catfish 12" and a redtail catfish 6". Noticed that their feelers got limp at the ends and broke off and now fish have bloody sores on the belly behind the fins and on the mouth. Have done water changes and added aquarium salt any thoughts.

This sounds bacterial, with stress or water quality being an issue.
