NOW THAT I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION......I NEED YOUR ADVICE ON WEATHER TO INTRODUCE MY 10" GIBBECEPS INTO MY GEO TANK....I HAVE SIX DIFFERANT SPECIES OF GEOS IN A 8X2X2 (180 GALLONS) AND I NEED TO KNOW IF A PLECO GIBBICEPS(FLAG FIN) WILL HOOVER UP ANY EGGS THAT MY GEOS LAY OR WILL MY GEOS BE ABLE TO DEFEND THIER NEST AGAINST A SUCK JOB FROM MY SWIMMING VACCUUM CLEANER....I KNOW ITS A STRANGE QUESTION BUT I NEED YOUR ADVICE AS ITS A SHAME NOT DISPLAY MY PLECO IN MY BIG TANK.......I ALSO HAVE 2 OTHERS BUT THEY ARE SMALLER (ABOUT 4 " AND I KNOW THEY WILL BE COOL ) ALL THE GEOS ARE 6" AND BETTER....THANK BOYS I KNOW I CAN RELY IN YOUR KNOWLEDGE

great titlei believe its 3.84 l in a gallon, not 100% sure though, i cant find my aquariums for dummies book at the moment to look it up

yeah thats what i thought.......to find the volume of a tank... you multiply the length by the width by the hieght and devide by 1000 so ...2400x60x60 devided by 1000 = 860 litres(thats metric of course!) now if i can find out how many litres to the gallon...then i can figure out what you blokes are talking about..when you say "300 gallons" and such....
Pleco will eat eggs if he stumble on them. Other than that he won't bother fish and fish won't bother him.
