Just wanted to verify that this is a blue acara.

No. It's a GT. Head's wrong shape for a blue acara.

yep looks like a gt to me too, look at the orange tips along the fins, the pic of the gt and the one below it look nothing alike

It definitely isn't any of the Green Terror species. It's certainly an Aequidens (or Andinoacara now), I couldn't say with 100% certainty that is an A. pulcher, but it more than likely is.

Just want to make sure. I dont want anything too big. I cant house anything too large.

i think it is an acara. gold saums don't have red eyes.

well actually now that i search some pics i didnt realize that some ba's have orange on the tips of their fins too, but it kinda wierd ba's and gts look alot alike
