blue acara vs. dragon goby

i bought a 7in. dragon goby yesterday & my 2in. blue acara just killed it while i'm on mfk. i just fed them @ 12(e.t.).

sorry for your loss, not very often a blue acara is that aggressive. How big was the tank?

would have prob died anyway, they are specialty feeders. they usually dont last long from what im told.

This is true, and their being brackish fish would not have fared well for the acara.

its a 55 with a 3in. rtc, 4in. tns, 3in. paintedf parrot & the 2in. blue acara.

The size of the fish is not contradictory to its specialized feeding and water requirements
