ive kept silvers before but never a black one or blue one. can you tell me the differences between a black and a blue? are they the same exact fish just a blueish fin vs a blacker one? does a blue arow tend to be more costly then a black or the same.

I was under the impression that they are the same fish since a black arowana is only black when its still young

black or blue, same fish. 15" in vegas will cost around 400 plus lol it really depends where you are

Silvers are more shiny, brighter and bigger than blacks.
Black arowanas are duller, smaller but it has that blue-tinge on the finage that makes it look diff
Price wise, black arowanas are higher priced, perhaps 5 to 10 times more, in Singapore
