The whole untrained eye statement makes me think its a little iffy. Also i saw babies for sale within the last 4 months

they are banned but the ones we see for sale are the ones from breeders, i think. so they'll always be around for a long good time.

Umm, no. Blacks are very much still wild caught.

You'll see black babies in the spring when they're back in season. Infinite Aquatics had them last year for $30 a pop.

If they are banned...I have a 20" I'll be happy to sell for a fair price.
