So who all uses these when fishing for the bass? I use them when I am hitting the LMB and SMB. I slowly draw them in, and jig them every once and a while. It has proven to be very effective.

Everyone at one time has used a senko for fishing. They just catch fish any one can use them. Just cast it in, let it sink and jig. I stay away from them now and just throw a pig and jig.
It depends on water conditions.

Golden Shad (only available by Kinami)
Watermelon
Black and Blue flake
and
pumpkinseed
Senkos are excellent baits. Remember though to use big hooks with them. I like 5/0. When the weather is nice and fish are active I fish the bait like a soft plastic jerk bait....retrieve is rather fast with erratic jerks. When its cold and/or the fish are larthargic I almost deadstick the thing!
