blue carp?

i fish at a manmade pond and i see schools of 5-7 2 foot fish that look like carp but there are really blue,some are a darker navy but still bluish.are these carp or somthing else

its def not the drum its more long than wide and more blue,i will try sight casting some corn or white bread and see what happens.

Shubunkin Goldfish can be sky blue, usually not fully but in the world of the "plastic" Goldfish, anything's possible.

Buffalo maybe? What level in the water do they swim?

it looks to be very likley a group of buffalo,what do i need as bait and can i eat them.

You can use the same bait you do for carp - corn, bread. You can eat them, but I think they are a very bony fish like carp
