Blue cats get too large.if you want monster catsstill,try channel cat or flathead cats.
 
blues get MASSIVE! not recommended for tanks unles you are growing it out, then you will need a pond.
they will heat anything that fits in there mouth, chicken, shrimp, worms, ect..... are all ok to feed for now, try to get it on large pond fish pellets. it would also be good to feed live food, as thats what they eat in the wild.
 
no i think the name is Ictalurus furcatus
any idea of the growth rate on these guys? or avaliblity? everyone has channel cats, and i have seen very large flatheads catfish. do you know if anyone has had these fish in captivity?
 
ur talking about a blue channel catfish then
ya theyre easy to care for
they get big but not as fast as rtc and tsn
