When I was about 10 to 12 years old I had a pair of blue channel cats. My dad and myself would go fishing lots and feed them fish fillets of fish we cought. we would give them trout and walleye and the would eat so much that they would be rolling over on the bottom of the tank because there bellies were so round and they would eat them quick. But as soon as we put Northern pike in the water they would hide instintally even if they were eating something already. It was wild. I also had a 6 inch african cichlid in the tank with them I figured for sure that it was safe they had lived together for year. one morning I woke up and the cichlid was gone. I was shocked. The cats were both about 20 inches long though. they were awsome ended up having to get rid of them thogh, Put them in my grandpas dug out. Coolest fish I have ever owned. whats the coolest fish you have ever owned.
