Blue Cubans?

So I have been looking around a lot lately online and I have come across a few pictures of Cubans that appear to be white and blue. Does anyone know if that just juvie coloration or is it a regional variant?

Just a juvie coloration, when I got mine from Rapps, they were the same. In a way, wish they stayed that way, looks super cool!

Ah ok then, but ya the juvies looks super cool like better EBJDs. Wish i lived near a good lfs so i could grow em out and trade em in
