I've seen some new FH out of Thailand that seem to have electric blue jack in them, but I would never buy one. You're playing with fire doing this,
Blue Dempsies have notoriously weak genetics. You don't want a hundred or so fry with hair lips. I've seen this in jack's its disgusting. Overall I would say thats a really bad Idea but everyone thinks it would look cool.

However a Jag x BGJD (blue gene) is possible to be electric blue, check out the offical hybrid cichlid thread, theres a pic on there of this mix, the jag becomes electric blue

Oh yeah, theres a video on youtube of a ebjd/fh breeding pair laying, no sign of fry though ever, I'd assume that they were DOA
