yep!

Honestly, ive heard they grow slower, have weaker immune systems ect... my guess would be 6 inches theyd max out at from what ive heard.

well i own a couple and one has grown about 3 inches in the 2.5 months ive had him, and is close to is about 4 inches now, he'll probably start to slow down a little, but he'll surpass 6 inches. i think it depends on their parents, and overall health of the fish, people that dont own them have alot of generalizations about them, so look into it and go to bluejax.co.uk for the best advice

I love when people say that they max out at 5, 6"....It's always a chance to show off my 8" plus male...here it go again...( i guess is the tenth time i show this pic :D)

Beautiful...I have heard that they don't actually achieve the 11-12 inches that regular JD's do. Still, 8-9 inches is a beaut on that fish. I am working on growing some out right now.
