Hey everyone, so I found my larger male blue dolphin on the floor yesterday, but fortunately he was still alive. I spent a good amount of time getting him breathing again and put him in a small improvised hospital tank with a heater and airstone. The issue I noticed was that he started breathing normally and swimming around, but always as if he couldn't balance out right. At first I thought it could be air trapped inside, then it seemed more of a left pectoral fin problem, but now after 24 hours, he is still breathing ok, but still has trouble swimming correctly. Could it be a swim bladder issue for being out of the tank for a while? Is there anything I can try to do to get him back to normal?

Any ideas would be great, I really don't want to lose this guy.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Not sure if its a swim bladder prob. I would put some stress coat in the tank just in case he scraped off a lot of scales or his slime coat

Is he eating?

He's not eating yet, he still lies on his side but when I come around starts trying to swim around. He is still breathing normally so I have no worries that he's gonna die. I'm just worried the damage is irreversible. If it doesnt get better in the next few days, what would you recommend me do about this?
