These are long term captive raised.
As you can see the fins are 100% perfect.
Thus not recently caught.

largely gone from the wild. probably extinct until proven otherwise. 20 years ago, they were as cheap as $20.00 each. They've not been seen for over 10 years or more already with only a few strays here and there
