Anyone know what sort of gecko is electric blue above, orange below, with dark chevron markings on the head? I saw a little fellow matching this description in a planted tank at an LFS recently. He was about 3" total, and was shaped like a Phelsuma. The only lizard listed among the price tags on the tank was Uroplatus ebenaui, which this fellow was clearly not.

I say gecko, but I can't rule out some other sort of lizard (maybe a microteiid?). He darted in and out of view pretty quickly and I didn't spot him again.

Could it have been an anole?

Definitely not an anole. Do you have a species name for that blue day gecko, reptech? An image search turned up nothing that looked like my lizard.

This lizard was not bluish green, he was out and out blue, and the undersides pumpkin orange. The upper and lower colors did not blend, there was an abrupt transition.

Sounds like a day gecko to me as well. Did it look anything like this...

Edit. nvmnd, just read your last post
