Blue jack

I am getting a 2" blue jack on wednesday the 11. I have a 29 set up and ready for him. I know he will need more room and he will get more room but for now that is going to be his home. I have some rocks in the tank. Any other ideas on the decoration? What pellets do you feed yours? Any other adive is welcome. I will post pictures once i have him.

I had a eltric blue dempsey, loved him, he started off black han he really started bringing out his blue, unfortuanly he died, if he start to turn like a pal light blue, idk they just are really water soulbing in my opion i wnat another one but i am kinda nerverus beatiful fish though.

They like hiding places/rocks. It may take a while for him to get comfortable/social and show himself regularly. If you rearrange your tank alot, he may feel insecure and hide more. I keep enough Water Sprite to cover the top of my tanks and they feel more secure with it than without.
