The info about them provided on that website is pretty spot on...I've seen some for sale in my LFS, but I've never bought one, so I don't have any experience with them. I would say a 90g is plenty of room for it though. & I would be worried about your fish if they tend to sleep on the bottom of your tank when the lights are out.

lol ok thanks, that would be awesome to have a 12'' one of these, though i may be tempted to eat him.
