Hi i was wondering if anyone knew if blue motoros eventually lose their baby blue color as they grow and just get (not to offend) dull looking like common motoros?

Can you guys post some pics of these blue motoros???

I just got a pair of them and to me they look just like normal Motoros. They are pretty good size. Maybe they are old enough to have lost the color too?

I also think the bleu motoros are specially treated to make them bleu.Specially while the color disapires after a few months the only bleu ray I have ever seen is Bleu Pearl ray in our breeding stock. Pic below.

Frank

so maybe the rose motoros are eating a lot of f/w shrimp and crustacean critters while the blue ones are eating a lot of algae

Excellent points DavidW, but I think the blue stingrays are probably eating shrimp or fish that have an algae rich diet rather than the algae itself.
