Hi my Female ram is chasing around all of the tank mates in the tank and then returning to the same spot. Is this breeding behavior?

Sounds like typical Ram behavior, try getting her a male (if you dont already) and watch the show.
Keep a close eye on her, make sure she isn't doing anyone any harm and let things run their course. Cools little things the old Rams.

Personally, i swear like a sailor with tourettes syndrome 
but i imagine the mods wont be too happy with it.

So, im afriad, yep, this is typical breeding behavior.
Looks like their making a real go of it this time if their picking off the tetras too.
Best to get them seperated from your community, otherwise, its going to end in tears.
