Blue Rams with Ich

Hey I have a planted 10 gallon tank that has two blue rams and some neon tetras in it and I believe the RAMS have ich. They have white dots all around their face and they are now swimming near the surface more often. What should I do to treat this? Can somebody help me?

Are the spots confined only in the head area or scattered around their bodies?

its actually around their entire bodies, fins as well. I don't have an adjustable heater, its just a cheap, one-temperature heater.

I don't advise salting rams. But, you need a heater that can provide a stable temperature and a thermometer to verify temp level. Bring the temp to 84F. Treatment can be done using Maroxy.

Not sure how your plants will react, i used about 1/4 of a dose of rid ich+. My ebjd got it from a bad pictus cat. Two of those doses in three days got rid of it.
