Do u guys think it's healthy for a blue spotted grouper to eat hikari cichlid gold or bio gold?I just thought i would try it and he ate both kinds without evan flinching just gulp:grinno: now obviously i know it's not a cichlid and i do feed him myisas shrimp and chopped up raw shrimp which he releshes but i tryed the pellates and it worked should i continue?also i plan on getting a blue jaw or blue chin trigger to go with him do u think thats a good combo? it's a 72 bo front tank with just live rock:headbang2

If your going to get a bigger tank it will be ok you will just have to keep an eye on them if not then no. The grouper on its own is going to be too big for the tank.
Eating the pellets is fine as long as he gets other stuff too and just shows he is comfortable and recognises you as his feeder and that whatever hits the water is food. A good reason to make sure the trigger is not bite sized.
