Any advanced hobbiests' around here tried to breed Blue Spotted Rays? (ribbon tail) I currently have 2 males and 2 females in a 500 gallon pond, with my fingers crossed!

They lay an egg as well dont they? I wonder if the lunar cycle will effect their matting behavouir? Also temperature change might play a role as well. If you could track down their most frequent matting season and follow what the moon is doing at that time as well as the ocean temperature and if it changes much then you might be able to brew up a recipe for some ray lovin. Oh, and some Barry white helps too. 
They give live birth, as do most rays... believe me i have the lunar cycle down... we even have tide cycles as well... we are doing everything we can... Anyone with any experiance with them please reply.
Has no one around here kept blue dots successfully? I heard the shedd aquarium tried for about 6 months, but couldnt keep their pool stocked, because they would all die. 
I have had mine for 1.5 years and so far so good! (knock on wood). Does anyone know if they have been bred in captivity? I cant find any record of it myself. Hopefully me and a friend will be the first! Can u send a video though this thing? if so please tell me, i would like to show underwater video of the pond!
